Leah Humbert is accepting new clients ages 14+ with a wide range of mental health conditions including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, perinatal, and post-partum related mental health disorders. Leah values collaborating with patients and will come up with a treatment plan that best meets their individual needs and gets them back to the life they once enjoyed. The care Leah provides is evidence-based, integrative, and patient-centered.

Leah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and is licensed in the state of Minnesota. She anti-racist, gender-affirming, and LGBTQIA-positive. Leah carries a small caseload of patients to whom she offers individualized care. Leah values taking the time to get to know her patients and understand their unique needs.
