Dr. Genevieve Utley

Specialties: Medication Management, Integrative and Functional Medicine, Psychotherapy
Genevieve sees adult patients for integrative medication management and psychotherapy. She is available for both in-person and virtual visits.
I integrate traditional psychiatry and psychotherapy with evidence based modalities such as prescription medications, herbal medicine, movement, mindfulness, and deprescribing, as well as complementary, and functional medicine to provide comprehensive care. Areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, perinatal, postpartum, perimenopause issues, and mood disorders.
I work with adults providing compassionate, confidential, and nonjudgmental care. I also provides care to others in healthcare professions. I strive to provide anti-racist, gender-affirming, and LGBTQIA-positive care.
My psychotherapeutic approach is grounded in Existential Analysis. This approach invites a curious exploration of how we can proceed through life with authenticity, pursuing what we truly value, and living a life we can be proud of.
