How do I get in touch? How soon can I be seen for an appointment?
Please email us to set up a free 15 minute consultation. You may use the Contact section of our website. Appointments are usually scheduled within two to four weeks. Pregnant and postpartum patients are seen within one week.
What is your new patient procedure? What can I expect?
We will schedule time for a free 15 minute phone consultation. We will discuss the services offered and see if they will be a good fit for your needs. If you decide to work with one of our providers, you will schedule an intake appointment which is usually 90 minutes. We offer both in-person office visits or video visits.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
We accept most insurance including Medical Assistance and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, or you choose not to use your insurance, you may pay out of pocket. Please reach out if you would like to discuss options for self pay. Our self-pay fee schedule is available during the consultation.
Do you provide ADHD testing and Diagnosis?
Yes, we provide ADHD testing and diagnosis to patients 16 and older in our care. We do not accept referrals for diagnostic testing from other providers or clinics.
