How do I get in touch? How soon can I be seen for an appointment?
Please email us to set up a free 15 minute consultation. You may use the Contact section of our website. Our initial appointments are usually scheduled within 2 to 3 weeks of the phone consultation. Pregnant and postpartum patients are seen within one week.
What is your new patient procedure? What can I expect?
Once you send us a message, we will email you to schedule a time for a free 15 minute phone consultation. We will discuss the services offered to see if our clinic will be a good fit for your needs. If you are a good match for our services, we will schedule an intake appointment which is usually 90 to 120 minutes. We offer both in-person office visits or video visits.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
We accept most insurance including Medical Assistance and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, or you choose not to use your insurance, you may pay out of pocket. Please reach out if you would like to discuss options for self pay. Our self-pay fee schedule is available during the consultation.
Do you provide ADHD testing and diagnosis?
Yes, we provide ADHD assessment/testing, diagnosis, and treatment to both child and adult patients in our care. ADHD testing is done in person, while follow up treatment can be virtual or in person.
